There are so many benefits to soaking in the sunshine:
Helps produce Vitamin D for bone, immune, & brain health
Helps produce optimal melatonin for better sleep
Helps the body regulate its internal clock for better sleep
Regulates healthy appetite & metabolism
Reduces stress & improves cognitive function and mood
Promotes healthy eye function
Balances sex hormones and improves libido
If you feel grumpy and lethargic it's probably because you’ve been indoors all day, and you most likely need sunshine (and also fresh air).
Sit outside for at least 30 minutes with a good book, audiobook, podcast, music, or even a healthy meal!
My favorite is a good book or music!
