Got my mind on my money and my money on my mind. And by money, I mean food. All I think about is food. I’m always thinking about what I’m going to eat next LOL.
Food is obviously one thing that we as humans need to survive.
Everyone’s body is different & requires a unique mixture of foods to thrive. There is no one-size-fits-all diet. Regardless of which diet is best for your body, the bottom line is that food is required for survival. Food gives us the energy & nutrients we need to function properly on a daily basis.
As a Health Coach, I help my clients figure out the best foods for their own body, as well as for their mental and emotional wellbeing. Not only does food affect the body, it affects our mood.
